We are looking for an Associate Client Director who is eager to develop with us and grow their skills by working with global clients on exciting and challenging projects. Reporting to the Chief Client Officer.
What you will do
Manage large sized projects with interdependent streams and complex deliverables.
Responsible for facilitating team communication, enabling shared thinking and delivery.
Responsible for driving delivery of work on brief, time and budget.
Drive project management, planning, calendar & rituals set-up, sometimes with support of someone more junior.
Work closely with design and strategy teams to deliver projects above expectations.
Support, drive and grow client relationships as well as new business opportunities.
Has commitment to excellent and rigorous client management.
You have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions in brand consulting or communications’ industries.
Proven experience in managing mid to large scale programmes.
Understand the importance of brand as a strategic management tool.
Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for delivery.
Comfortable working in hybrid mode with a team that will be divided between London, Madrid and Vienna.
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work under high-pressure, on multiple work streams and tight deadlines.
