Who is Saffron?

We’re one team, working across London, Madrid, Vienna and Istanbul to bring brands to life by creating unforgettable experiences. Our natively global team of Saffronites is made up of 21 nationalities speaking 23 languages, each adding their own hint of spice to the team.

What can I expect from your intern programme?

Our 12-week brand strategy intern programme is a great way to explore the many avenues of branding, whether that be as a strategist or something else. Along the way, you’ll be mentored through mini-masterclasses from our Saffronites. You’ll have the chance to sink your teeth into real client projects and of course, learn a range of skills as you gain an insight into the world of branding. We’ll also help you develop your portfolio as you work on a special project of your own that sparks your interest and gets your creative juices flowing.

We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location.

Who is it for?

We love what we do and we want to find new talent interested in discovering if a career in branding is for them. That’s why you don’t need any prior experience and qualifications to apply. All we ask is that you’re up for a challenge and can show off your creative drive – however that looks. We work best face-to-face and want you to get the most out of this experience, so as long as you’re over 16 and able to travel to our London office, we’d love to hear from you.

When does it start?

Our next strategy intern programme will start in May 2024 and finish in August 2024. If you can’t make this programme – don’t worry, we’ll have a number of other opportunities with intakes throughout the year.

How do I apply?

Answer one question, and complete a few steps:

Tell us about a time that you had a memorable experience with a brand and why it stuck with you. It could be an experience that you remember for all the right reasons or all the wrong ones. Whatever it was and wherever it happened, we’d love to hear it.

We don’t mind which one. The choice is totally up to you. Feel free to get creative!

We will get in touch if we’re able to offer you a place on the upcoming internship programme or notify you of future scheme openings if you don’t get it on the first try.
